WWW, October 28 2009 - The Dubroom is definitely not a business or a religious mission or something like that. The Dubroom is a labour of a love. A love for (DUB) Reggae and Consciousness, shared by countless others.
Almost everything on this website is offered free of charge, sections of the Dubroom like the MP3 portal serve both listeners and label in this Musical Culture called Reggae, a Culture rather than a business because to promote (DUB) Reggae is, in the end, to promote the sufferers who originated the music and dominate it until this very day.
Anyway, I needed to share a little bit, these last days, about just what drove me to start the Dubroom and keep maintaining it throughout these last 12 years and -Jah willing- years to come.

WWW, October 28 2009 - It was his first release on Sly and Robbie's Taxi Label and was received very well: Bitty Mc Lean's "The Real Thing" has every element you'd expect from the Riddim Twins, their band, and their studio.
WWW, October 2009 - In a One Drop Style, Nucleus Roots describes living inna Babylon. Living in a fool's paradise, that is. The track is upfull, musically joyful, definitely will want you to do some easy skanking.
WWW, October 2009 - Together with Barry Brown he was a member of a group called "The Aliens". That was, before he started to voice and record for Ossie Hibbert. Rod Taylor also worked alongside singers like Prince Alla and producers like Mikey Dread and Prince Fari.
